What Happens After I Order?
After you place your order and make your first payment we’ll create a Client account for you in our Espresso Project Management System. We’ll provide you with a complete list of items we need from you and as soon as you are ready you can upload all your images and text content. Please note that no work can commence on your website until we receive all your content.
When all client content is received we will create your website together with all standard features and any options you have ordered.
If you have an existing domain name you would like to use you will need to point it to our servers prior to final publication of your site. We will help you with that. If you would prefer to register a new domain you can do that or we can assist you to register one in your name. Please contact us if you have any questions about this domain-transfer process.
When development is finished and the domain name is transferred to point to our servers we will then complete the final step of publishing your artist website to the web.

How Long Will My Website Take?
It typically takes about 2 weeks to develop and publish your artist website from the time we receive all your content. On rare occasions when we are heavily loaded it could take as long as 4 weeks.
How Much Does An Espresso Artist Website Cost?
Our Art Marketing Machines range in price from $995 upwards depending on which features and options you choose. High performance managed hosting is $19.95 per month or $195 per year. If you select the Email Management System option there is a monthly fee of $15 to send up to 1,000 emails per month. Extended email plans are available – please contact us if you need higher volume email pricing.
Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes! With our launch promotion you can pay for your Espresso Artist Website in 3 equal monthly payments. That means as little as $332 per month for a truly amazing art marketing machine!

Do I Have To Host My Website With You?
Hosting with us is a requirement for the first 2 years of your contract. We have a very optimized workflow process with our web hosting which allows us to avoid unnecessary hiccups as we bring your website live. This also allows us to regularly update your website framework with the latest core software and plugins without you needing to know or care about it!
Why is Your Website Hosting More Expensive Than Some Others?
That is a great question and we are glad that you asked! Most webhosts simply provide you a space on their servers where you can host your website. We do much more than that – we call it managed hosting. What that means to you is a couple of important things. Firstly, we regularly update your website with the latest software releases and plugins as they become available – so your site technology won’t become obsolete. Secondly, every night we automatically backup all your website files and data and store them in a secure remote location. That means that even in the worst case you will never lose more than 24 hours of updates. With a dynamic website that is very important! We make an effort to look after your site and so we charge a little more.
Can I Maintain My Own Website?
Yes! You can edit, delete, and update any text, images, and blog posts on your Espresso Artist Website.
Can Make Design Changes Myself?
We really don’t recommend it and cannot support you if you make your own design changes. We will give you “Editor” access privileges to your site. If you would like to be more dangerous we can give you full “Admin” level access but this is entirely at your own peril!
We can make most design changes for you at reasonable rates so please contact us if there is something you would like to change on your site or on one of the styles you are contemplating.
Can I Have a Different Color Scheme?
Yes. we can work with you to create alternative color schemes for any design to compliment your art. A standard fee of $195 applies. We don’t just choose a color scheme – we work with your art and go through a sophisticated analysis using cutting edge design tools to arrive at a color palette. All that work is supervised by a talented designer specialized in art showcasing – not a software engineer or some kid who just took a Photoshop class!
Will Search Engines Find My Website?
The underlying software platform and plugins which form the basis of your artist website are some of the most search engine friendly technology known to man! They will help you to build a very solid foundation for Search Engine Marketing success. With some careful keyword selection, regular blog posts, and a sincere attempt on your part to connect with other artists, arts professionals, and arts organizations online and offline you should start to see some great search engine rankings come your way.
